In their trucks and tanks the swat team members roll on toward a confrontation with Megalosaurus, who is at the moment using his huge hands to crunch some buildings and throw them about like a child playing with blocks. In the very center of the page grimacing, his wings at an angle, dominating the scene, he does not look happy. The guy sitting on the sidewalk selling records, tapes, and other audiovisuals seems surprised but not terrified. All the major lines in the picture point toward Megalosaurus.
Just to our left of the head of the monster is a building bearing the sign セス, Se su, which is how they say "Seth" in Japan, since Japanese has no "th". On the far right, above the guy on the sidewalk, is a billboard with a picture of a baby, with the kanji 登風, which is the spelling of Seth's son's name Tofu. Tofu was a baby at the time Seth drew this page.
On the left is an advertisement for a company of Seth's invention, ミスタバナナ, Mister Banana.
