Action.  Movement.  Batman is lying in bed, explaining to his valet Alfred what he has been doing with himself, which is all a bit more exciting than Alfred approves.  Some frames on the page must be very still, and others full of violent movement. The large central frame pretty much carries the page, however, so the overall effect is controlled chaos.  That is a corner of Batman's cape that the guy in the center right is holding, by the way.
